Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms by the player, ho880 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play. Where an account is closed by ho880 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal method on record, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
